PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To lengthen a service life of a heat exchanger by reducing dew condensation caused by the temperature drop of the heat exchanger. SOLUTION: A fan pipe 21 is formed in double pipe structure to allow cold water to flow through an inner pipe 20 and hot water to flow through an outer pipe 21. The temperature of an outer pipe surface in contact with combustion gas and a fin 17 connected to the outer pipe is thereby heightened to prevent dew condensation. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
