A system for forming a visual BOM(Bill Of Material) for an integrated material management system is provided to automatically generate part classification codes of an infinite reverse tree structure, automate registration caused from Excel import, form the BOM through a visual interface by a drag and drop function of Windows, and inquire the BOM while viewing an inputted part. A basic information module(110) receives/registers company information and customer company information, and performs search by receiving an inquiry for the registered company information. A material information database(120) registers a code length and a unit by receiving the code length of material, half-finished product, and finished product information, and registers the material, half-finished product, and finished product information. A BOM forming module(130) registers part formation of the half-finished or finished product, and a vertical level among the parts. A production managing module(140) registers a production plan received from a company and performs the search by periodically receiving the inquiry for the production plan based on the received production plan. |
