A solid electrolytic capacitor, an anode used for the solid electrolytic capacitor, and a method of manufacturing the anode. The solid electrolytic capacitor comprises an electrode (A1) for the solid electrolytic capacitor having a metal plate (1) formed of a valve action metal and a porous sintered body (2a, 2b) formed on the metal plate (1) and made of the valve action metal. The porous sintered body further comprises a first sintered body (2a) and a second sintered body (2b) interposed between the first sintered body (2a) and the metal plate (1). The density of the first sintered body (2a) is larger than that of the second sintered body (2b). |
