A diffuser type air vent apparatus is provided to change air discharged through an outlet into turbulent flow through a diffuser panel, and to gently discharge air indoors by axially assembling the diffuser panel with an air vent housing and regulating the rotational angle of the diffuser panel. An air vent apparatus includes an air vent housing(100) connected to an air conditioner of a vehicle and combined with a duct guiding cool air into a vehicle room to form an air outlet, a damper panel(110) axially combined with the air vent housing to regulate air flow through the outlet by regulating the rotational angle, a diffuser panel(120) axially combined with the air vent housing below the damper panel and provided with plural penetration holes(115) to adjust the rotational angle, and a knob(130) connected to the damper panel and the diffuser panel to adjust the rotational angle of the damper panel of the diffuser panel. A shaft(132) is axially combined with the air vent housing, and combined with a rotating member(135) turning the shaft. A connecting member(140) is formed at an end of the rotating member, and an end of the connecting member is axially combined with the knob.
