An outlet box for an apartment house is provided to detachably form a body and an outlet, thereby easily using electric appliances installed at a long distance and neatly handling an electric wire. An outlet(20) includes first to fourth contact bodies(23a-23d) protruded at a rear, and connection terminal insertion grooves(21) for inserting connection terminals of a plug. A shock absorbing member(30) is fixed at a main body(10), having first to fourth insertion holes(31a-31d) detachably fixing the first to fourth contact bodies and having a first through hole(H) for passing an electric wire connected with the outlet. A ground unit(40) includes a ground member(47) having first to fourth through parts(41a-41d), first to fourth ground bodies(42a-42d) fixed at the first to fourth through parts, first to fourth fixing bodies(44a-44d) arranged in a space formed between the main body and the ground member, an insertion confirmation lamp(45) displaying an insertion state of the outlet, and a separation confirmation lamp(46) confirming a separated state of the outlet. A winding element(50) is arranged in a space generated by arranging the shock absorbing member inside the main body, to wind and unwind the electric wire connected with the outlet.
