<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical head device where an excellent heat radiation effect is obtained without using heat radiation grease and where shrinkage of an adhesive when hardening and shrinkage of the adhesive with time can be suppressed. <P>SOLUTION: A first laser light-emitting element 2 is mounted to a holder 18 formed by zinc die casting, and the holder 18 is adhered and fixed to a frame 15 with the adhesive 17 containing aluminum nitride as metal powder. Thus, heat generation from the first laser light-emitting element 2 is diffused to the side of the frame 15 through the aluminum nitride contained in the adhesive 17. As the result, the excellent heat radiation effect is obtained without using the heat radiation grease. Moreover, the shrinkage of the adhesive 17 when hardening and the shrinkage of the adhesive with time can be suppressed. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
