<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new compound effective in treating clinical conditions including lipid disorders (dyslipidemias), whether or not associated with insulin resistance, and other symptom of a metabolic syndrome. <P>SOLUTION: The new compound is a new 3-[amino-oxy(alkyl, alkyloxy and alkylthio)phenyl]-propionic acid derivative (e.g. 3-(4-ä2-[(2,4-difluorobenzyl)(octyl)amino]-2-oxoethoxy}phenyl)-2-ethoxypropionic acid), and its optical isomers and racemic body, these provide pharmaceutically acceptable salts, prodrugs, solvated materials, and crystallized products. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
