PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat developable photosensitive material which ensures improved film strength of an image, with respect to a heat developable photosensitive material which forms a complex image of a silver image and a dye image. SOLUTION: The heat developable photosensitive material has, on at least one side of a support, an image forming layer containing at least a photosensitive silver halide, a non-photosensitive organic silver salt, a reducing agent for silver ions and a binder, wherein the heat developable photosensitive material contains a compound represented by formula (I) as the reducing agent, a coupler capable of forming a dye by reaction with the oxidized product of the reducing agent, and a fluorine compound represented by formula (FC-1).
