PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable each housing unit and a simultaneous broadcast apparatus to execute a simultaneous broadcast. SOLUTION: A housing unit 2 is provided with a trunk line interface 14 to be alternatively switched and connected to either of branch lines L2<SB>1</SB>and L2<SB>2</SB>, and separating communication lines La and video line Lb of the connected branch line L2<SB>1</SB>or L2<SB>2</SB>into a communication path and a video path. Accordingly, if the interface 14 of either of the housing units 2A is switched and connected to one trunk line L1<SB>1</SB>and the interface 14 of other housing units 2B and so forth is switched and connected to the other trunk line L1<SB>2</SB>, a voice signal for a simultaneous broadcast outputted from the housing unit 2a is transmitted to the other housing units 2B and so forth through the communication lines La of the trunk lines L1<SB>1</SB>and L1<SB>2</SB>of two systems.
