<p>The feeder has a safety regulator (19) which is connected to the weight and driving mechanism, to store the permissible weights of sheet stack (4). The stored weight is compared with the currently detected stacked weight, and the driving mechanism is activated, when the stacked weight is below the stored weight. The stack carrier is raised or lowered from the stack taking position after sheet stack is extracted or discharged based on the comparison results.</p> |
