<p>The present invention relates to a floor heating tube provided with electric heating wires laminated with a heating medium absorbing layer. The electric heating wires are laminated on the surface of the insulating material of the heating wires with a heating medium absorbing layer made of a material capable by a capillary action of absorbing a fluid heating medium. A ventilation device is provided for the ventilation of the floor heating tube by inserting a ventilation cock (15), which is made of such a material as a botanical cork, in a ventilation tube (1 Ic) formed on a side of a plug (11) of the floor heating tube (p) with the floor heating electric heating wires inserted therein, and by inserting a shield plate (15a) in the ventilation tube (1 Ic). During room heating, the bending of the floor heating tube does not cause excessive high temperature or accumulation of heat in the floor heating tube because the exposed portions of the electric heating wires can absorb the heating medium, repeating the evaporation and con¬ densation operations of the heating medium. The air collected in the upper portions of the floor heating tube and the gas separated from the heating medium are ventilated through the fine holes of the ventilation cock (15), preventing the expansion and accretion of the floor heating tube, offering convenience and safety for room heating.
