A microorganism culturing apparatus that is capable of minimizing multiplication of unwanted miscellaneous germs and repeatedly producing the same culturing space includes a transparent bag that defines a container. A gas introduction tube and gas supply tubes are provided in the bag. The bag filled with a culture solution is disposed in a box so that the box holds the bag in an approximately rectangular configuration. The box is made up of a framework having a low-profile, substantially parallelepiped shaped configuration, and flat, transparent plates removably fixed to front and back sides of the framework.
