An RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tag having wide directivity and small coverage lowering is provided to offer the wide directivity and sufficient flexibility to the RFID tag without lowering coverage even if material containing metal or moisture is used. The RFID tag is equipped with a micro stripe antenna. The micro stripe antenna has a radiation electrode(2) equipped with an IC chip(3), a ground electrode(4), and dielectrics(1) interposed between the radiation electrode and the ground electrode. The radiation electrode and the ground electrode have the almost same size. The dielectrics are made of plastic foam and have a thin film. The radiation electrode and the ground electrode are formed through the thin film by metal deposition.
