METHOD FOR CULTURING SANGWHANGLETARI MUSHROOM USING PHELLINUS LINTEUS MYCELIUM AND SANGWHANGLETARI MUSHROOM, AND THE MUSHROOM CULTURE MAT FOR SANGWHANGLETARI MUSHROOM

Provided are a method for culturing sanghwang-agaric mushroom (Phellinus linteus-Pleurotus ostreatus), sanghwang-agaric mushroom cultured by the method, and a medium for culturing the sanghwang-agaric mushroom, to improve the production yield and to enhance the nutrition. The method comprises the steps of mixing a Phellinus linteus mycelium or a waste culture medium of Phellinus linteus containing a Phellinus linteus mycelium with a culture medium for the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus to prepare a mixture culture medium; fermenting the mixture culture medium; inoculating the mushroom spawn of Pleurotus ostreatus to the mixture culture medium; culturing the inoculated spawn of Pleurotus ostreatus; and raising the cultured one. Preferably the ratio of culture medium for the cultivation of Pleurotus ostreatus and the waste culture medium of Phellinus linteus is 5:1 to 20:1.
