PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device, a communications system, a communication method and a communications program, capable of restricting communication instructions from an external device and of securing security. SOLUTION: The communication instructions are received from a host computer 201 connected to the communication device 100, and it is set whether to restrict data communications to a predetermined address. When it is set not to restrict the data communications to the predetermined address, the data communications to the predetermined address are performed (step S406). When it is set to restrict the data communications to the predetermined address ('NO' in step S403), the data communications to the predetermined address are ended without execution (step S409).
