PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conductive film suitable for use in such fields as transparent electrodes and electromagnetic interference shielding materials for a transparent touch panel of a liquid crystal display (LCD), organic electroluminescent element, inorganic electroluminescent lamp, or the like, excellent in in-plane uniformity of conductive performance, increasingly utilized recently as large-area ones. SOLUTION: Aqueous paint containing 0.5 to 1.5 wt.% of a conductive polymer comprising polycation-like polythiophene consisting of repeating units expressed in the formula and polyanion, and 1 to 10 wt.% of wetting materials comprising 100 to 1,000 ppm of fluorine-based surfactant and a solvent compatible with water is coated on at least one face of a base material film to obtain a conductive film with an average surface resistance value of 1 to 1×10<SP>5</SP>Ω/sq. and a fluctuation error of 3% or less. In the formula, R<SP>1</SP>and R<SP>2</SP>denote each independently hydrogen or an alkyl group with the carbon number of 1 to 4, or denote an alkylene group with the carbon number of 1 to 12 which is formed by being combined together therefrom and may arbitrarily be substituted.
