PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fluidizing method of a soil-cement slurry, by which sufficient fluidity and fluidity-retentivity can be imparted to the soil-cement slurry and further a soil-cement wall, formed by hardening the soil-cement slurry, can exhibit sufficient water cut-off performance, strength or the like. SOLUTION: In the method, a specified water-soluble vinyl copolymer is used as A component, one or more selected from saccharide, oxycarboxylic acids and salts of the oxycarboxylic acids is used as B component, and a specific polyether-based defoamer is used as C component, and a fluidizing agent containing, by mass, 50-97% A component, 2-49% B component and 0.01-3% C component (the total of the components is 100 mass%) is incorporated into a cement milk so that the amount of the agent is 0.5-25 kg per 1 m<SP>3</SP>of soil, and used.
