PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connecting part, a stator, and an electric motor in a winding connecting system which is simple, sure and low in cost which can connect and disconnect a cable to and from the stator, and with which encapsulation can be carried out. SOLUTION: The connecting part (4) for the stator, to which the encapsulation of the electric motor is carried out, includes "n" pieces of discrete parts (4') each having a cable outlet (6), and "n-1" pieces of cut lines (5)between this discrete part (4'). This discrete parts (4') are mutually jointed by a rear component (7). Prior to encapsulation process, winding of the stator is connected with each of these outlets (6) with, for example, a screw of other means; then the part (4) in its entirety is encapsulated together with the stator, by which resin also fills inside of the cut line (5); and then a machining step for removing the rear part (7) of the component (4) which joints the cable outlets (6) mutually, is used.
