An excavation method for reduction of blasting vibration by combining pyrotechnic products with explosives, which improves excavation efficiency of the rock bed while minimizing vibration generated when excavating a tunnel or a rock bed, is provided. In a tunnel or bench excavation method for primarily initiating the pyrotechnic product charged holes to cut the rock bed through tensile failure and subsequently initiating the explosive charged holes after arranging pyrotechnic product charged holes(201), empty holes(202) and explosive charged holes on a rock bed in accordance with excavation patterns, an excavation method for reduction of blasting vibration by combining pyrotechnic products with explosives is characterized in that the tunnel excavation method comprises: installing the pyrotechnic product charged holes and the empty holes along a tunnel excavation line in two rows that are twice or less longer than a row of the explosive charged holes with the pyrotechnic product charged holes and the empty holes being spaced from one another in a predetermined distance; installing the explosive charged holes on a cut portion and an expansion portion such that the explosive charged holes have a hole distance of 30 to 100 cm and a drilling length of up to 1.6 m; installing precision explosive and powder charged holes on an outer wall portion of a tunnel; and initiating the pyrotechnic product charged holes to cut the rock bed through tensile failure, and sequentially initiating the explosive charged holes and the precision explosive and powder charged holes to crush the rock bed of the tunnel.
