A glitter plastic card and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to offer a beautiful printing surface with irregular and natural glittering by arranging prism lenses on the surface of the plastic card, and enable a sensor to recognize special or fine characters like a barcode. A prism layer(10) is made of transparent plastics, arranges the trigonal pyramid-shaped prism lenses(11) on an upper side, and forms a transparent plate(30) at a lower side. A printing layer(20) is placed under the prism layer. A plastic core sheet(50) is placed under the printing layer. A plastic printing sheet(60) is placed under the core sheet and forms the printing layer(70) at the lower side. A transparent coating sheet(80) is placed under the printing sheet. All layers are sequentially layered and welded. |
