<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heart monitoring device, measuring the heart without undressing, and transmitting the measurement data to a hospital to be given to the medical staffs, and its method. <P>SOLUTION: This heart state monitoring device is composed of a cardiac pulsation measuring unit for measuring a cardiac physiologic parameter, a transmission unit for transmitting the measured cardiac physiologic parameter, a data analysis unit for calculating and analyzing the cardiac physiologic parameter, and a display unit for displaying the analyzed cardiac physiologic parameter. The cardiac physiologic parameter of a patient is obtained, Fourier-transformed, and further converted to power spectral density analysis diagram. The cardiac noise pulsation index of a patient is calculated according to the harmonic noise waveform between the respective harmonics in the power spectral density analysis diagram, or envelope function analysis is performed for the cardiac physiologic parameter, and according to the analyzed envelope function, the integral crude density and differential crude density are obtained to thereby diagnose the cardiac state depending on the integral crude density and the differential crude density. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO&NCIPI |
