A fusing device of an image forming apparatus is provided to minimize the damage of a roller and smoothly fuse and convey a printing medium. A heating roller(20) is installed in a housing(10). A pressurization roller(30) is contacted and rotated to the heating roller(20), and is pressurized to the heating roller(20). A guide member(40) closely adheres to the heating roller(20) to prevent papers which pass between the heating roller(20) and the pressurization roller(30) from being rolled. A contact member is formed in a front end of the guide member(40) as material different from the material of the guide member(40), and is contacted to the heating roller(20).
