PURPOSE:To improve press-workability by forming an insoluble chromate film having a specific physical property on the surface of zinc or zinc alloy plated steel plate in a specified adhesion rate, and forming thereon an organic solvent type coating composite comprising a specific rate as a solid film in a specific thickness. CONSTITUTION:A zinc or zinc alloy plated steel plate and Al plated steel plate are used as a base board, and an insoluble chromate film comprising 1-30% of water soluble part, 0.01-1.0 of Cr<5+>/Cr<3+> ratio, and 10-150mg/cm<2> of total chrome adhesion rate in its one surface is formed on the surface thereof, and then as a solid film, a solvent type coating composite is formed at 0.3-5mum thereon, which comprises 5-40% of hydrophilic polyamide resin of polymerization degree 50-1000 as non-volatile part weight %, 5-40% of silica fine particles of 1-100mmu in its average particle diameter, and 1-20% of polyethylene wax of 1000-10000 in its molecular weight, and contains 0.1-20% of one or more kinds from insoluble azo group, azo lake group and phthalocyanine group organic pigment or inorganic pigment of 0.05-5mum in its average particle diameter as an insoluble coloring pigment, and further comprises 30-90% of urethane epoxy ester resin as binder resin. Thus, the problem of press workability and corrosion resistant property caused by making the coated film thin, and the problem in transparency of coloring coated film can be solved. |
