A multi-bit DeltaSigma modulated DA converter is provided to prevent influence due to sudden change of a cutoff frequency by changing frequency characteristic data by stages. In a multi-bit DeltaSigma modulated DA converter(1), a filter unit attenuates a multi-bit digital signal below a predetermined frequency to output the attenuated signal when the signal level of the inputted multi-bit digital signal is below a predetermined threshold, and outputs the multi-bit digital signal without attenuating the multi-bit digital signal when the signal level is over the predetermined threshold. A DeltaSigma modulator DeltaSigma-modulates a signal generated from the filter unit. A dynamic element matching circuit(14) divides the signal generated from the DeltaSigma modulator into a plurality of signals. A plurality of DA converters converts the plurality of signals generated from the dynamic element matching circuit into analog signals.
