PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide facility for making automobile theft difficult in a vehicle parking space such as an outdoor parking lot and to provide its installation method. SOLUTION: A plurality of manually operated vehicle stops capable of locking elevating and lowering by a key are installed in the front of the vehicle parking space to increase working hours required for automobile theft.
