PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an OS emulator time lapse controller for stopping the operation of an application to be tested at a optional point of time. SOLUTION: An OS emulator 104 materializes the function of a target OS on a host OS 103, and operates an integrated application 105 developed for the target OS for testing the application 105. A clock management program 106 installed between the host OS 103 and the emulator 104 transmits or does not transmit the time lapse of the host OS 103 to the OS emulator 104. When the time lapse is not transmitted, the progress of a time in the OS emulator 104 is stopped, and the operation of the integrated application 105 operating after that is stopped.
