The control unit (30) combines and evaluates switch signals (S1, S2WP1, S2WP2, LS1, LS2) from two or more electrical switches (40, 50, 60, 70) to generate ignition lock functions. The electronic ignition lock (100) is rotary. Its angle-dependent switching points (0, 1, 2, 3) are detected by combining and evaluating the signals from the switches, which are arranged on a central circuit board. First second and third functions are generated from two switch positions (40, 50), with fourth and fifth functions generated from optical beam switches (60, 70).
