A polyurethane prepolymer and a polyurethane-urea prepolymer (40) are prepared by mixing diisocyanates (20) with polyhydroxyl compound and/or polyamino compound in a mixing nozzle (1), where the mixing nozzle comprises annular nozzle channel (5) having constant diameter; introducing the mixture into the annular nozzle channel via an inlet; and injecting the diisocyanate through the apertures (6) into the mixture in the annular nozzle channel. Preparation of polyurethane prepolymer and a polyurethane-urea prepolymer comprises mixing diisocyanate(s) with polyhydroxyl compound and/or polyamino compound having a molecular weight of 400-10000 in a mixing nozzle, where the mixing nozzle comprises first inlet (2), annular nozzle channel having a constant diameter, and second inlet (3) and connected through a channel to a dwell line, where the first inlet is in communication with the annular nozzle channel through apertures; introducing the polyhydroxyl compound and/or polyamino compound into the annular nozzle channel via the second inlet; injecting the diisocyanate through the one or more apertures into the polyhydroxyl compound and/or polyamino compound in the annular nozzle channel; and reacting the mixture of diisocyanate and polyhydroxyl compound and/or polyamino compound in the dwell line. |
