The invention relates to a line guide for a reel unit for winding a fishing line (3) onto or unwinding it from a spool (4). Said line guide is provided on the housing (5) of the reel unit (2) and comprises a carriage guide (8) and a carriage element (9) with at least one line eye (10). The carriage guide can be functionally linked with the gear mechanism of the spool. Advantageously, the carriage guide is configured as a spindle-shaped pilot shaft (8) and the carriage element is provided with an internally geared (12) guide channel (13) for guidance on the spindle-shaped pilot shaft. |
