PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that it is necessary to make the change request of an access right each time in the case of use configurations that the information processor is intermittently connected to a server, and that it is not practical. SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus controls the access to data whose access is limited, based on the access right of each user. The apparatus is provided with a temporary access permission designating part 3c for designating a user who is temporarily permitted to perform access to data and a temporary accessible data retrieving part 3d for retrieving a data group whose access right is owned by any of the designated users and an accessible retrieval result filter part 3g for extracting data accessible by each of the users who are temporarily permitted to perform access from the retrieved data group, and for presenting the data to each corresponding user.
