PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that, since ruggedness on the surface of an interface of an organic layer is generated by addition of a single vibration, an organic light-emitting element having the organic layer has light and dark parts due to coherence phenomenon of light or the like regularly arranged on pixels containing its color elements, that causes visible color drifts or striped patterns on a light-emitting surface. SOLUTION: In adjacent light-emitting units 160, each color element 92 of the light-emitting element 90, and a frequency 170 of a vibration added for formation of the ruggedness on the interface of a hole transport layer 54 are arranged in a given alignment pattern so that frequencies 170 of the vibration given at least one or more color elements of the same color are to be different.
