<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a voltage self-exciting converter for quickly controlling a current. <P>SOLUTION: The voltage self-exciting converter is provided with a plurality of arms having an input terminal connected to a DC power supply and an output terminal connected to a load, and a control section for controlling output currents from the arms.
