PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide "terminal equipment, a content erasure/transfer control system and a content erasure control method" capable of acquiring erased contents from the outside as needed and contributing to the efficient operation of a recording medium of a limited capacity. SOLUTION: In the terminal equipment communicably connected with external information equipment provided with a recording medium storing contents (file), a deletion history is prepared (S2) when deleting a possessed file (S1), the deletion history is displayed on the screen of a display means when instructed by a user (S3), and the transfer of a deletion file selected from the deletion history is requested to the external information equipment (S4, S5).
