A crane with an overload prevention system using a differential pressure switch is provided to prevent an overload by measuring the pressure difference between an upper portion and a lower portion of the derric cylinder using the differential pressure switch. A crane with an overload prevention system using a differential pressure switch includes a solenoid valve(250), a differential pressure switch, and a return switch. The solenoid valve is located between a hydraulic pump and a main control valve to change the direction of the hydraulic pressure supplied to the main control valve to an oil tank. The differential pressure switch operates the solenoid valve if a switch section is turned on as the force due to the pressure difference between both ends of a piston exceeds the resilient force of a resilient spring. The return switch interrupts a power source supplied to the solenoid valve to redrive the crane. |
