A cabinet panel having an electric power saver using a saturable reactor is provided to automatically perform a bypass/reset function by installing an electric power saver with a bypass circuit unit. When an external power supplied along a transmission line is inputted, a first leakage current circuit breaker(10) is operated as a main switch, and has a leakage current detection function which separates and provides the input power to an electric power saver(20) and each load. The electric power saver(20) is composed of first and second saturable reactors to provide an electric power saving function and have a transformer of a core scheme of an E-shape. The electric power saver(20) controls and outputs the power outputted from the first leakage current circuit breaker(10) to rated voltage of each load based on an electric power saving function. When the power outputted from the electric power saver(20) is inputted, a second leakage current circuit breaker(30) is operated as a divergence switch, and has a leakage current detection function which outputs the input power to each load. When the electric power saver(20) is out of order or under over-load, a bypass circuit unit(40) automatically performs a bypass/reset function. The bypass circuit unit(40) provides the power outputted from the first leakage current circuit breaker(10) to each load via the second leakage current circuit breaker(30) without an electric power saving function.
