A portable generator is provided to achieve the low failure rate and the increased service life by generating the electricity by means of the flow of fluid and the rotor, and the application to the sole and the shoe. The portable generator comprises: a storage bag(100), having an elastic restoration force and storing an operating fluid within; at least one hose(210,220), connected to the storage bag(100) so that the operating fluid flows through the hose(210,220); a flexible bag(300), connected to the hose(210), and configured in such a manner that it is elastically expanded when the storage bag(100) is pushed so as to store the operating fluid discharged from the storage bag(100), and that it is elastically contracted when the storage bag(100) is restored so as to discharge the operating fluid; a generating unit(400), connected to the hose(210,220), and rotating a rotor by using the flow of the operating fluid flowing through the hose so as to generate electricity. |
