PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a trim adjustment device of a small sized surface craft which reduces the operation force in adjusting the trim to turn a nozzle, for example, at two steps of angles downward. SOLUTION: In the trim adjustment device 24, a nozzle drive mechanism 32 connects a lever member 51 of an operation means to a trim operation lever through a pulling cable 31. A cam member 63 having an engagement part 67 engaged with the lever member 51 is rotatably disposed, and a reversing inhibiting pawl member engaged with the engagement part 67 is disposed. A link member 52 where one end (contacting end part) 114 abuts to the cam member 63 is disposed, and the nozzle (steering nozzle) 23 is connected to the other end (connecting part) of the link member 52.
