A method for preparation of sparkling wine involves production of assemblages from the champagne wine materials, maturing thereof, blending preparation from the champagne wine materials, champagnization, liqueur preparation, bottling of sparkling wine with adding of liqueur. Before the sparkling wine bottling leaf-gold is added to the liqueur, and after the bottling mixing of sparkling wine and liqueur with leaf-gold is carried out up to obtaining of the intimate mixture.
