A system for automated control of pneumatic loading unit comprises a tightened body in which rotor is installed. In the body channels for intake and outlet are placed, in those branch pipes are fixed, these are connected to the valve of the intake channel and the valve of the outlet channel. In the body, on bearing supports, rotor is installed with impeller rigidly fixed on it. At the outer radius of the body pressure indicator is installed. Calculator is through power amplifiers connected to two drive stepping motors, those are connected to the valves of intake and outlet channels.
