PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large capacity solid electrolytic capacitor in which leakage current is reduced. SOLUTION: In the solid electrolytic capacitor, an anode 1 is formed of porous sintered compact of tantalum on an anode lead 1a to cover a part thereof, and a dielectric layer 2 consisting of a first dielectric layer 2a formed of tantalum oxide to cover the periphery of the anode 1 and a second dielectric layer 2b formed of titanium oxide containing phosphorus to cover the periphery of the first dielectric layer 2a is formed on the anode 1. An electrolytic layer 3, and a cathode layer 4 consisting of a first conductive layer 4a and a second conductive layer 4b are formed sequentially on the dielectric layer 2. The cathode 4 and a cathode terminal 6 are connected through a conductive adhesive layer 5, and the anode lead 1a is connected with an anode terminal 7 by welding. A mold coating resin 8 is formed around the cathode terminal 6 and the anode terminal 7 such that the ends thereof are led out. COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT
