PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rail adjustment mechanism which can realize a stable flight of balls by blocking the lifting of a rail member from a rail support surface. SOLUTION: In a pinball game machine which is provided with an arcuate rail support surface 23 formed on a rail support member positioned on the front side of the game board and the rail member 33 disposed along the rail support surface 23, an adjustment mechanism 60 is provided in an end part array area where the end part of the rail member 33 is arrayed. The adjustment mechanism 60 comprises a bent side part 63 produced by bending the end part of the rail member 33 in the direction orthogonal to a rail surface and retaining means 64 and 65 which retain the end part of a rail being engaged with the tip side of the bent side part. When the rail member is mounted along the rail support surface and the tip part of the bent side part is retained by the retaining means, the base end side of the bent side part is elastically deformed according to a difference, long or short, in the length of the rail to absorb the difference in the length.
