<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a photovoltaic power generating system and a photovoltaic power generating system capable of performing maintenance/inspection operation of the rear surface of a solar battery module or attaching/detaching operation of the solar battery module easily and rapidly while saving time and effort. <P>SOLUTION: The photovoltaic power generating system consists of a solar battery module, two columnar rails, and fixing members to be each fixed on each of the two columnar rails. The fixing members are fixed on two opposing sides of the solar battery module, rotatably fixed on one of the two columnar rails, and fixed attachably/detachably on the other columnar rail.
