<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter of a ceramic green sheet enhanced in cutting dimensional precision while suppressing cutting failure, and a cutting method of the ceramic green sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The cutter 10 of the ceramic green sheet G is constituted so as to cut a sheet piece S having a square shape from the ceramic green sheet G held to a carrier film F, and comprises four roller cutters 46 arranged so as to correspond to the respective sides of the sheet piece S and a moving means 36 for moving the roller cutters 46 along the corresponding sides of the sheet piece S. Since four sides of the sheet piece A are cut by the roller cutters 46 in this cutter 10, the cutting failure of the ceramic green sheet G can be significantly suppressed. Moreover, since the respective sides of the sheet piece S are cut without changing a place, cutting dimensional precision is enhanced as compared with a conventional cutter constituted so as to change the place at the time of cutting of the respective sides of the sheet piece S. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
