PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management server capable of raising efficiency in creating an album, and to provide an album creation system, and an album creation method. SOLUTION: A center server 2 manages album creation by an album creation device 4 in response to an album creation indication from a photographing company 10. An image processor 3 performs image processing in image information which is determined where the image processing is not performed in response to image processing information stored in a management DB 23b among the image information which constitute the album relating to the album creation indication, based on the album creation indication.
