<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiographic imaging apparatus which reduces displacement in a height. <P>SOLUTION: A cushion C is attached to a bed-like top plate 3. Correlations between pressure information on a pressure in the cushion C and thickness information on a thickness of the cushion C are stored in a correlation memory part 7a in advance. A controller 8 manipulates the pressure in the cushion C from the correlations stored in the correlation memory part 7a. The controller 8 controls to set the thickness of the cushion C by manipulating the pressure in the cushion C and controls to set the height of a subject M placed on the top plate 3 by controlling to set the thickness of the cushion C.
