PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a liquid delivering apparatus which can reduce a burden of elements. SOLUTION: A driving signal COM which includes a fixed waveform part DRV for operating a piezoelectric element PZT, and also includes a varying waveform part CST of a constant potential later than the fixed waveform part DRV is generated by a driving signal generating circuit 50. A printer side controller 70 forcibly impresses a constant potential part CST4 to the piezoelectric element PZT by using a switch controlling signal (selection data q0-q3) for an acceleration period of time before a head 41 reaches a predetermined velocity.
