PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine bubble producing apparatus capable of being simplified and reduced in size. SOLUTION: The fine bubble producing apparatus 6 is constituted by successively providing a gas taking-in part 2 for taking gas in a liquid from the upstream side in order to mix it with the liquid, a pump 3 for pressurizing the liquid mixed with gas, a gas dissolving pipe 4 for dissolving the gas, which is mixed in the liquid, in the liquid and a vacuum nozzle 5, which separates and precipitates the gas dissolved in the liquid to produce fine bubbles and also to discharge them together with the liquid, to a flow channel 1, through which the liquid flows, from an upstream side. Continuous resistance bodies 7 for suddenly changing the pressure and flow velocity of the liquid are provided to the inner surface of a pipe body 9 to form the gas dissolving pipe 4 to a part of the flow channel 1 between the pump 3 and the vacuum nozzle 5.
