<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple moving image playback system inhibiting an operation by a user when a network disconnection has occurred during the playback of a Web moving image streaming content. <P>SOLUTION: The moving image playback apparatus includes a moving image stream buffering means for receiving and buffering a moving image stream from a single or a plurality of information processing units via a network, a playback processing means for decoding and playing back on a display unit the moving image stream desired by the user while buffering the stream, and an automatic content playback means for automatically playing back a substitution content in the event of a network disconnection while the playback of a certain moving image stream is performed by the above playback processing means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT |
