PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wound bundle unwinding drum device to store and support a wound bundle of electric wire or the like in such a way as able to unwind capable of unwinding the wire stably and measuring the length accurately and smoothly by combining the device with a measuring machine to measure the length of the wire as its unwound amount. SOLUTION: The invention comprises the wound bundle unwinding drum device 1 to support the wound bundle H as a bundle of electric wire C etc. in such a way as capable of unwinding in the tangential direction and the length measuring machine 8 to be combined with the drum device through a coupling means 7 for mounting, wherein the measuring machine is equipped with a measuring part composed of a pair of pressure contacting rollers and measures the length of the wire as its unwound amount by moving the wire between the pressure contacting rollers in the condition that the wire is threaded between and grasped by the rollers while the coupling means for mounting can move and fix the measuring machine at the periphery of the wound bundle whereby the surface S including the axes of the two rollers is made rotatable.
