PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for predicting a shape capable of keep a high predicting precision of the shape of an injection molded article using a fiber-reinforced resin and capable of effectively performing a structural analysis, its apparatus, its program, and a storage medium. SOLUTION: The method comprises finding a fiber orientation data of an injection molded article molded from a fiber-reinforced resin as a material by a flow analysis according to the present invention, converting the fiber orientation data to a fiber orientation data for a structural analysis, and performing the structural analysis using the fiber orientation data converted for the structural analysis whereby the structural analysis in which the fiber-reinforced resin is taken into account becomes possible so that a predicting precision of the shape is enhanced and a time for data processing can be shortened.
